摘  要:为解决城镇化进程加快带来的交通拥堵问题,以大连市中心城区为例,采用问卷调查方式,对西岗区道路拥堵地点及拥堵时间进行实地调查.调查分析结果表明:造成拥堵的主要原因有城市交通结构、城市交通管理体制、公众出行特征.为获取道路交通运行的实况信息,设计了一种基于图像处理技术的交通运行情况监测方法,即利用高清摄像头采集固定距离内车辆行驶信息,采用LabVIEW的图像处理模块对车辆信息进行识别、定位及速度监测,并结合道路交通拥堵的判定条件预测道路运行状态,实现交通运输情况的实时监测,为制定城市交通拥堵措施提供一定理论基础和技术支持.In order to solve the traffic congestion caused by the accelerated urbanization process,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the traffic congestion location and congestion time of Xigang District of Dalian.According to the analysis of the survey data,the main reasons for congestion are the urban traffic structure,urban traffic management system and the characteristics of public travel.In order to obtain the real traffic information,a traffic monitoring method based on image processing technology is designed.The HD camera is used to collect vehicle driving information within a fixed distance,and the image processing module of LabVIEW is used to identify,locate and monitor the vehicle information.The road running state is predicted based on the judgment conditions of road traffic congestion,which can realize the real-time monitoring of traffic and transportation conditions and provide some theoretical basis and technical support for making measures to relieve urban traffic congestion.
