摘  要:实验研究了变频电机绝缘材料耐电晕寿命在不同基波频率(10 Hz、50 Hz、100 Hz、150 Hz、200 Hz)和开关频率(6 kHz、12 kHz、18 kHz)的空间矢量脉宽调制(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulated,SVPWM)电压下的变化规律,并且开展了重复脉冲方波电压下的耐电晕寿命对比实验。实验表明:开关频率越低,耐电晕寿命越长,耐电晕寿命的时长和分散性在不同基波频率下的波动越大;开关频率越高,耐电晕寿命越短,耐电晕寿命的时长和分散性在不同基波频率下的波动越小。50%占空比重复脉冲方波能够用于替代SVPWM波预测变频电机绝缘的耐电晕寿命,开关频率越高,50%占空比重复脉冲方波对SVPWM电压下变频电机绝缘耐电晕寿命时长和分散性的预测越准确,但在开关频率较低时不能准确反映其统计特性。The corona-resistance lifetime of insulating material of inverter-fed motors is experimentally studied under different switching frequencies(6 kHz,12 kHz,18 kHz)and fundamental frequency(10 Hz,50 Hz,100 Hz,150 Hz,200 Hz)of space vector pulse width modulated(SVPWM)voltage,and contrast experiment of corona-resistance lifetime under repetitive pulse square wave was carried out.The results show that the lower the switch frequency,the longer the corona-resistance lifetime,but the more the time and dispersion of the corona-resistance lifetime results fluctuate at different fundamental wave frequencies;the higher the switch frequency,the shorter the corona-resistance lifetime,but the smaller the time and dispersion of the corona-resistance lifetime test results fluctuate at different fundamental wave frequencies.The 50%duty cycle repetitive pulse square wave can be used to replace the SVPWM wave to predict the corona-resistance lifetime of inverter-fed motor insulation,the higher the switching frequency,50%duty cycle repetitive pulse square wave is more accurate in predicting insulation corona-resistance lifetime and dispersion of inverter-fed motor under SVPWM voltage,however,it cannot accurately reflect the statistical characteristics when the switching frequency is low.
