摘 要:基于欧洲中期天气预报中心ERA5再分析资料的风场数据,对中国近海1979—2018年的风能分布开展多时空尺度分析。结果表明:中国近海风能丰富的区域分布在福建、浙江和广东的沿海海域;中国近海风能的年际震荡明显;秋冬两季风能优于春夏两季,12月达到最高值,5月达到最低值;中国近海大部分海域平均风功率密度的日变化呈现夜晚大于白天的特征,其中渤海北部和黄海北部海域在14时左右达到最小值,00时左右达到最大值。Based on the ERA5 reanalysis data of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF),the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of the wind energy resources in offshore China from1979 to 2018 are analyzed.The results show that the areas rich in wind energy are located in the offshore regions along the Fujian Province,the Zhejiang Province and the Guangdong Province.The interannual oscillation of the wind energy in offshore China is significant.Wind energy is more abundant in autumn and winter than that in spring and summer with the highest value in December and the lowest value in May.The average wind power density reveals diurnal variation in most of China’s offshore waters,which is larger at night than that during the day.It reaches the minimum and maximum value around 14:00 and 00:00,respectively,in the northern Bohai Sea and northern Yellow Sea.
