摘 要:为研究制备方法对氟铝酸钾成分及性能的影响,分别采用干磨法、水磨法、烧结法、熔融法和氢氟酸化合法制备氟铝酸钾,并运用XRD和DSC-TGA对5种不同方法制备的氟铝酸钾样品进行了分析。结果表明:熔融法和氢氟酸化合法相比于干磨法、水磨法和烧结法,他们的反应更完全、熔点最低,制备的氟铝酸钾高温组成相相同、品质相当;氢氟酸化合法相比于熔融法,生产原料价廉易得、生产工艺简单、生产成本较低,该法更适合在大规模生产中使用。In order to investigate the effects of different preparation methods on composition and properties of potassium fluoroaluminate,samples of potassium fluoroaluminate prepared by five different methods were tested and analyzed using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and DSC-TGA in this paper. The results show that the melting method and the hydrofluoric acid chemical synthesis method have the advantages of complete reaction,the lowest melting point and the same high temperature composition phase compared to the dry grinding, water grinding method and sintering methods, and the quality of the prepared potassium fluoroaluminate is comparable. Compared to the melting method, hydrofluoric acid chemical synthesis method is suitable for large-scale production due to the availability of the inexpensive raw materials,simple production process and lower production costs.
