摘  要:无刷力矩电机的静摩擦力使伺服电机系统存在死区,导致伺服系统调节精度低。本文对电机结构参数和加工装配方式进行仿真分析,基于磁场调制原理,分别从定子齿部结构、气隙分布和转子结构方面进行优化设计,提出降低分体式无刷直流力矩电机静摩擦力的优化方法。通过对一台分体式无刷力矩电机进行静摩擦力矩试验验证,证明了优化方法的有效性。The static friction force of the brushless torque motor creates a dead zone in the servo motor system,resulting in the low adjustment accuracy of the servo system.In this paper,the structural parameters of the motor and the processing and assembling method were simulated and analyzed.Based on the principle of magnetic field modulation,an optimization method to reduce the static friction force of the split brushless DC torque motor was proposed,and the optimal design was carried out from the aspects of stator tooth structure,air gap distribution and rotor structure.The static friction torque of a split brushless torque motor was tested,and the effectiveness of the optimization method was proved.
