摘  要:在“三全育人”的新形势下,图书馆作为学校育人体系的有机组成部分,是十分重要的育人主体,在落实“立德树人”根本任务中起着重要作用。与此同时,在普通高等学校图书馆规程中也明确提出图书馆的主要职能是教育职能和信息服务职能,图书馆作为学校的文献资源和信息中心、文化高地,是高校教学科研的重要基地,更是学生第二课堂的集中地。该文介绍了贵州商学院图书馆实践“三全育人”的路径:做好顶层设计、注重馆员培养、加强资源信息服务、注重环境打造、强化活动育人等方面进行探索,旨为新建高校图书馆开展“三全育人”工作提供参考。Under the new situation of"Three Whole Education",the library,as an organic part of the school education system,is a very important education subject and plays an important role in implementing the fundamental task of"establishing morality and cultivating people".At the same time,it is also clearly pointed out in the regulations of the library of ordinary colleges and universities that the main functions of the library are educational functions and information service functions.As the literature resources,information center and cultural highland of the school,the library is an important base for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,and is also the concentration place for students'second classroom.This paper introduces the path of Guizhou University of Commerce Library to practice the"Three Whole Education":to do a good job in top-level design,pay attention to the cultivation of librarians,strengthen resource information services,pay attention to the creation of the environment,and strengthen activities education,so as to provide reference for the new university libraries to carry out the"Three Whole Education"work.
