摘　　要：新发展阶段在我国发展进程中具有里程碑意义,新发展阶段离不开文化体系支撑。绿色文化建设既是新发展理念的核心内容,同时在明确新发展方向、巩固新发展基础、牢筑新发展实效方面发挥重要推动作用。该文从培养绿色文化价值取向、完善绿色文化制度体系、打造绿色文化行动方案三个角度入手,构建绿色文化体系;提出加强绿色文化教育、聚焦重点领域发展、培养绿色生活方式等具体实施路径,为绿色发展提供参考。The new development stage is a milestone in China's development process.The new development stage cannot be separated from the support of the cultural system.The construction of green culture is not only the core content of the new development concept but also plays an important role in clarifying the new development direction,consolidating the new development foundation,and firmly building the new development effectiveness.The paper constructs a green culture system from three perspectives:cultivating the value orientation of green culture,improving the system of green culture,and creating a green culture action plan.It puts forward specific implementation paths such as strengthening green culture education,focusing on the development of key areas,and cultivating a green lifestyle,to provide a reference for green development.
