雪峰山区域不同产地天麻化学成分含量比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较和分析雪峰山区域不同产地天麻的化学成分含量,为天麻的含量评价提供科学依据。方法分别测定红天麻、乌天麻、绿天麻和乌红杂交天麻四种不同变型天麻中的浸出物、天麻多糖、天麻素及对羟基苯甲醇总含量,并对其进行分析比较。结果贵州毕节的乌天麻浸出物含量最高(28.975%),其次是贵州大方的乌天麻(26.754%)和湖南新宁的绿天麻(24.327%)。湖南洪江的红天麻多糖含量最高(27.681%),其次是湖北罗田的红天麻(26.337%)和湖南溆浦的红天麻(24.983%)。天麻素及对羟基苯甲醇总含量最高的是贵州毕节的乌天麻(0.603%),其次是贵州德江的乌天麻(0.575%)和贵州大方的乌天麻(0.489%)。结论从本试验测定的成分含量分析,贵州毕节的乌天麻浸出物含量相对较高,湖南洪江的红天麻多糖含量相对较高,贵州毕节的乌天麻天麻素及对羟基苯甲醇总含量相对较高。Objective To compare and analyze the chemical constituents of Gastrodia elata from different producing areas in Xuefeng mountain,so as to provide scientific basis for the evaluation of Gastrodia elata.Methods The contents of extracts,polysaccharides,gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in four different producing areas of Gastrodia elata Bl.f.elata,Gastrodia elata Bl.f.viridis,Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow,and Wuhong rhizome Gastrodiae were determined and compared.Results The extract content of Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow from Bijie Guizhou was the highest(28.975%),followed by Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow from Dafang Guizhou(26.754%)and Gastrodia elata Bl.f.viridis from Xinning Hunan(24.327%).The polysaccharide content of Gastrodia elata Bl.f.elata from Hongjiang,Hunan was the highest(27.681%),followed by Gastrodia elata Bl.f.elata from Luotian,Hubei(26.337%)and Gastrodia elata Bl.f.elata from Xupu,Hunan(24.983%).The highest total contents of gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol were found in Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow from Bijie,Guizhou(0.603%),followed by Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow from Dejiang Guizhou(0.575%)and Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow from Dafang Guizhou(0.489%).Conclusion Three of that are relatively high,including the extract content of Gasreodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow from Bijie Guizhou,the polysaccharide content of Gastrodia elata Bl.f.elata from Hongjiang Hunan,also including the total contents of gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol of Gasreodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow from Bijie Guizhou.
