摘 要:硬皮病是以免疫失调和组织纤维化为特征的慢性结缔组织疾病,其累及皮肤情况与内脏病变及患者预后直接相关,评估皮肤受累对诊断、监测及治疗硬皮病至关重要。目前临床仍缺乏评价硬皮病累及皮肤的标准客观方法。超声弹性成像可用于检测组织弹性属性并定量评估皮肤硬度,有助于观察硬皮病累及皮肤情况。本文就超声弹性成像评估硬皮病累及皮肤研究进展进行综述。Scleroderma is a chronic connective tissue disease characterized by immune dysregulation and tissue fibrosis,its skin involvement is directly correlated with visceral lesions and prognosis,and the evaluation of skin involvement is crucial for diagnosis,monitoring and treatment of scleroderma.Up till now,the standard method for objectively evaluation of affected skin of scleroderma remained lack in clinic.Ultrasonic elastography can be used to detect the elastic properties of tissue and quantitatively analyze the hardness of skin,hence being helpful for evaluating skin involvement of scleroderma.The research progresses of ultrasonic elastography for evaluation on skin involvement of scleroderma were reviewed in this article.
