摘  要:超临界水气化技术利用水在超临界状态的特殊性质将污泥中的有机物高效转化成H_(2)、CH_(4)、含C_(2)~C_(4)的烷烃等混合气体,是一种新型且高效的城市污泥、工业污泥处理技术,实现了废物减量处理与清洁能量回收。介绍了该技术的机理及工艺流程,结合不同类型反应器的情况,系统总结了污泥自身性质、反应温度、反应压强、反应时间、催化剂等因素影响气体产物组成及产量的研究进展,并对未来超临界水气化污泥面临的技术挑战与前景方向进行了展望。Attributing to the special nature of water in the supercritical state,supercritical water gasification(SCWG)could efficiently transform organic matter of sludge into mixture of gas containing H_(2),CH_(4),alkane(C_(2)-C_(4))and so on.It has become a new and highly effective technique for sewage and industrial sludge disposal,which achieve the objectives of waste reduction and clean energy recovery.This paper summarized the basic principles and process flow diagram of SCWG.Based on analysis of different types of reactors,research progress on main influence factors such as of characteristic of sludge,reaction temperature,systematic pressure,reaction time,and catalyst on the component and yield of gas from SCWG were concluded systematically.The technical challenges and future research direction for SCWG were also prospected.
