摘  要:褐煤提取腐殖酸后会产生大量的残渣,以褐煤残渣对含Cr(Ⅵ)废水进行处理可以实现褐煤残渣的利用并处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水的目的。采用单因素试验和响应面法对试验条件进行优化;在不同温度下,向50 mL质量浓度为50 mg/L的含Cr(Ⅵ)废水中投加0.1 g褐煤残渣进行试验,对试验结果进行等温吸附模型的拟合,探究提取腐殖酸后的褐煤残渣对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附类型。结果表明,褐煤残渣在低浓度、低pH的情况下吸附效果较好,投加0.1 g褐煤残渣反应244.5 min可以达到理想的吸附效果;3个温度下的吸附等温线更符合Langmuir吸附等温模型,说明提取腐殖酸后的褐煤残渣吸附属于单分子层吸附,吸附位点分布均匀;吸附动力学拟合结果表明,吸附受化学吸附机理控制,对试验结果及表征结果的分析认为,提取腐殖酸后的褐煤残渣对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附主要依靠氢键作用力和化学键力。After extracting humic acid from lignite,a large amount of residue are generated. Treating Cr(Ⅵ)-containing wastewater with lignite residue can realize the purpose of utilizing it and treating wastewater containing Cr(Ⅵ). Single factor test and response surface method were used to optimize the test conditions. At different temperatures,0.1 g residue was added to 50 mL the Cr (Ⅵ)-containing wastewater with a mass concentration of 50mg/L for the test, and the isothermal adsorption model was fitted to the test results to explore the adsorption type of Cr(Ⅵ) by lignite residue after humic acid extraction. The results showed that the adsorption effect of lignite residue was better under the condition of low concentration and pH,and the ideal adsorption effect could be achieved by adding 0.1 g lignite residue and reacting for 244.5 min. The adsorption isotherms at three temperatures were more consistent with Langmuir adsorption isotherm model,indicating that the adsorption of residue after extracting humic acid from lignite belongs to monolayer adsorption,and the adsorption sites were evenly distributed. The fitting results of adsorption kinetics showed that the adsorption was controlled by chemical adsorption mechanism. The analysis of experimental results and characterization results showed that the adsorption mechanism of Cr(Ⅵ) from water by residue after extracting humic acid from lignite included electrostatic force,hydrogen bond force and π-π bond interaction force.
