摘 要:为获得性能更好的聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维,选用聚丙烯酸(PAA)和纳米SiO_(2)与PPS熔融共混制备改性PPS纤维。对改性PPS纤维的可纺性、结晶、取向度和热稳定性等进行分析表征。结果表明:PAA和PPS间达到了良好的相容状态,纳米SiO_(2)并未在PPS基体内发生团聚。随着PAA加入量的提高,改性PPS纤维取向度有减小趋势,纤维最初发生失重的温度有所下降,纤维断裂强度由2.941 cN/dtex减小至2.861 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率从27.2%提升至30.4%。认为:加入质量分数1%的纳米SiO_(2)能获得更白的PPS纤维,对PPS纤维其他性能影响不显著。In order to obtain polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)fiber with better property,polymer polyacrylic acid(PAA)and nano SiO_(2)were fused and blended with PPS to prepare modified PPS fiber.Spinnability,crystallization,orientation and thermal stability of the modified PPS fiber were analyzed and characterized.Results showed that there was a better compatibility between PAA and PPS.Nano SiO_(2)was not aggregated in PPS matrix.With the increase of PAA content,orientation degree of the modified PPS fiber showed a decreasing trend.The temperature at which the fiber initially loses weight was decreased to some extent.Fiber breaking strength was decreased from 2.941 cN/dtex to 2.861 cN/dtex.Breaking elongation rate was increased from 27.2%to 30.4%.It is considered that adding nano SiO_(2)of 1%mass fraction can get whiter PPS fiber with no significant effect on other properties.
