摘  要:为解决纳米纤维膜单独使用时强度不足的问题,提高其耐用性,研究聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖(PVA/CS)纳米纤维膜与涤棉织物的复合技术。采用海藻酸钠和壳聚糖溶液对涤棉织物进行聚电解质层层自组装技术(LBL)处理,以嵌入一定量的CS,用Super77黏合处理过的涤棉织物与PVA纳米纤维膜,再在该黏合层上通过静电纺丝复合PVA/CS纳米纤维膜功能层。测试了复合织物的表面形貌、结构、断裂强力及透气量等性能,结果表明:LBL处理工艺为海藻酸钠质量分数1.0%、CS质量分数2.0%、4次浸透,组装效果好;功能层PVA/CS纳米纤维膜纤维形态良好;黏合层法制备的纳米纤维膜与涤棉复合织物透气量为29.6 mm/s,经向平均断裂强力484.31 N,经向断裂伸长率27.8%,复合织物黏合均匀、平整。认为:制备的复合织物机械性能良好,制备方法简单,原料无毒性,在抗菌和过滤材料领域具有应用潜力。To solve the problem of insufficient strength of nanofiber membranes when used alone and to improve durability,composition technology of polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan(PVA/CS)nanofiber membrane with polyester cotton fabric was studied.Polyester cotton fabric was treated by polyelectrolyte layer-by-layer self-assembly(LBL)using sodium alginate and chitosan solution to embed a certain amount of CS.Modified polyester cotton fabric was bonded with PVA nanofiber membrane by using Super77.Then the functional layer of PVA/CS nanofiber membrane was compounded by electrostatic spinning on this adhesive layer.Surface morphology,structure,breaking strength and air permeability of the composite fabric were tested.Results showed that assembly effect was effective when the LBL treatment process with 1.0%sodium alginate mass fraction,2.0%CS mass fraction and 4 times soaking.Functional layer of PVA/CS nanofiber membrane fiber morphology was better.Air permeability of nanofiber membrane and polyester cotton composite fabric prepared by adhesive layer method was 29.6 mm/s.Average warp breaking strength was 484.31 N and warp breaking elongation rate was 27.8%.The bonding of the composite fabric was uniform and smooth.It is considered that the prepared composite fabric has better mechanical property,the preparation method is simple,raw material is non-toxic and has potential application in the fields of antibacterial and filtration materials.
