摘  要:为了解决棉纤维短绒率检测制样方法效率低、棉纤维损伤严重等问题,采用功能模块化设计理念,从技术要求角度出发,提出了气流与辊筒相结合的棉纤维快速开松方法,将直线罗拉牵引原理与胶圈牵引方式相结合,设计了一种棉纤维短绒率检测快速制样装置。采用设计的装置,2.5 g棉样快速制样用时1.5 min,比Y111A型手摇引伸器制样节约18.5 min,比XJ129型测试仪制样节约3.5 min,棉纤维损伤降低到了1%。认为:该装置结构合理,在不增加短绒率的前提下,提高了棉纤维制样效率,为棉纤维短绒率检测快速制样提供了高效的解决方案。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and serious cotton fibers damage in the sample preparation method of cotton short fiber content detection,a fast loosening method of cotton fibers combining air flow and rolls was proposed from the perspective of technical requirements by adopting design philosophy of functional modularization.A fast sample preparation device for cotton short fiber content detection was designed by combining straight-line roll traction principle with apron traction method.Using the designed device,the fast sample preparation time of 2.5 g cotton sample was 1.5 min,which was 18.5 min less than that with Y111A type hand-held extensor and 3.5 min less than that with XJ129 type tester.Cotton fiber damage was decreased to 1%.It is considered that the structure of the rapid sample preparation device is reasonable.Sample preparation efficiency of cotton fiber is improved without increasing short fiber content.An efficient solution is provided for the rapid sample preparation of cotton short fiber content detection.
