摘　　要：探讨提升梳理效果的针布选用实践。从设备进步发展和生产适应方面分析了梳棉机的梳理原理。介绍了加密刺辊针布、盖板针布、锺趾差固定盖板的应用情况;对活动盖板与固定盖板的作用进行了分析对比;总结了梳棉工序生产高质量米通纱所采取的技术措施。认为:采取有关技术措施,增强梳棉机的梳理度,细化梳理是提高梳棉机产质量的基础。Practice of card clothing selection on improving carding effect was discussed.Carding principle of carding machine was analyzed from the aspects of equipment development and production adaptation.Application of licker-in card clothing,flat card clothing and heel&toe difference fixed flat were introduced.Function of revolving flat and fixed flat was analyzed and compared.Technology measures for producing high quality mitong yarn in carding process were summarized.It is considered that taking related technology measures,enhancing carding degree and fining carding are the base of improving output and quality of carding machine.
