摘  要:研究舒适型电磁屏蔽织物的性能。以镀银锦纶长丝为芯纱,涤棉混纺纤维为外包纤维,制备了18.5 tex和36.9 tex两种规格的包芯纱。采用这两组包芯纱分别试织5种不同组织结构的舒适型电磁屏蔽织物。对比分析了所制备的电磁屏蔽织物与普通涤棉混纺双层织物的舒适性,研究了织物组织结构、单位面积质量及染整加工对织物电磁屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明:制备的双层电磁屏蔽织物的舒适性指标接近普通涤棉混纺双层织物;制备的经二重电磁屏蔽织物的屏蔽性能最好,屏蔽效能为54.36 dB;染整时双氧水漂白对织物的屏蔽效能影响较大,而丝光和染色对织物屏蔽效能的影响较小,水洗对织物的屏蔽效能影响不大。认为:所制备的经二重电磁屏蔽织物能够兼顾舒适性和电磁屏蔽性的要求。Properties of comfort electromagnetic shielding fabric were studied.Core spun yarn of 18.5 tex and 36.9 tex was prepared using silver plated polyamide filament as core yarn and polyester cotton blended fiber as out winding fiber.The two core spun yarns were used to weave 5 kinds of electromagnetic shielding fabrics with different structures.Comfort of the prepared electromagnetic shielding fabric and common polyester cotton blended double layer fabric was compared and analyzed.Influence of fabric structure,mass per unit area and dyeing&finishing on electromagnetic shielding efficiency of the fabric was studied.The results showed that comfort index of the prepared double layer electromagnetic shielding fabric was close to the ordinary polyester cotton blended double layer fabric.Shielding property of warp double electromagnetic shielding fabric was the best,the shielding efficiency was 54.36 dB.Effect of hydrogen peroxide bleaching on shielding property of the fabric was larger,while the effect of mercerization and dyeing was less,effect of washing on shielding property was less.It is considered that the prepareed warp double electromagnetic shielding fabric can meet requirements of comfort and electromagnetic shielding.
