摘　　要：总结在高密度织机布局车间中自行走上轴车的结构、原理及其应用效果。介绍了自行走上轴车的各组成部分,包括车架、运输行走系统、纺织器材升降系统和控制系统。简述了自行走上轴车的具体工作流程。应用效果表明:自行走上轴车可实现在高密度织机车间内对穿经完成的成品及带纱经轴的灵活行走,并实现经轴上机功能。认为:自行走上轴车可提升生产效率,降低用工成本,提高操作安全性。Structure,principle and application effect of self-walking beam truck in high density loom layout workshop were summarized.Components of self-walking beam truck including frame,transportation and walking system,textile equipment lifting system and control system were introduced.Specific work flow of self-walking beam truck was described.Application effect results showed that the self-walking beam truck could move the finished product and the warp beam with yarn flexibly in the high density loom workshop and realize the function of selfwalking warp beam loading.It is considered that the self-walking beam truck can improve production efficiency,reduce labor costs and improve operation safety.
