摘  要:探讨静电纺丝法制备胶原蛋白纳米医用纤维的研究进展。介绍了静电纺丝用胶原蛋白的来源,分析了胶原蛋白纳米纤维的改性方法,阐述了胶原蛋白纳米纤维在生物医用领域的应用前景。鱼类胶原蛋白和类人胶原蛋白可以作为胶原蛋白纳米医用纤维的主要来源;将胶原蛋白和高聚物复合,并使用低毒类交联剂改性胶原,可以大幅提升纳米纤维材料的物理性能;静电纺胶原蛋白纳米纤维具有用作止血材料、药物缓释载体、生物组织工程支架的潜力。认为:要深入开展胶原基纳米纤维的结构调控、静电纺工艺以及生物医用试验的研究,推进其工业化制备与生物组织工程应用。Research progress of collagen nano medical fiber prepared by electrospinning was discussed.Source of collagen for electrospinning was introduced.modification method of collagen nano fiber was analyzed.Application prospect of collagen nano fiber in biomedical field was expounded.Fish collagen and humanoid collagen could be used as the main sources of collagen nano medical fibers.Physical property of nano fiber material can be greatly improved by combining collagen with high polymer and modifying collagen with low toxicity crosslinking agent.Electrospinning collagen nanofibers had the potential to be used as hemostatic material,drug sustained-release carrier and biological tissue engineering scaffold.It is considered that structural regulation,electrospinning process and biomedical experiments of collagen-based nanofibers should be further studied,industrial preparation and application of biological tissue engineering should be promoted.
