摘 要:文章介绍了笔者近十年来关于生物质发电厂草木灰如何在农业上加以利用的研究。生物质发电厂草木灰钾素含量丰富,经过脱盐后可进行钾素的提取,提钾后的草木灰经过调酸、补充养分后可以制成以草木灰为主体材料的水稻和蔬菜育苗基质,从而形成一套较完整的生物质发电厂草木灰的提取和利用技术。该技术可显著提高生物质发电厂的经济效益,减少污染排放,促进生物质发电业的可持续发展。This paper introduces the technology that we had developed in the recent ten years to efficiently utilize plant ash,the waste of biomass power plants,in agriculture.As shown in practice,plant ash generated in biomass power plants is rich in potassium,which can be extracted for making potassium fertilizer.The extraction of potassium from plant ash can be performed after its desalination,and the resultant residue was subjected to further processing:adjusting its acidity and adding nutrients into it.The finally processed plant ash can be used as the main constituent of the substrate for raising rice and vegetable seedlings.The above-mentioned processing steps constitute a set of relatively complete extraction and utilization technology of plant ash from biomass power plants.This technology can significantly elevate the economic benefits of biomass power plants,reduce environmental pollution,and promote the sustainable development of biomass power generation.
