摘 要:为满足水电站调峰调频任务需求,减少上下游径流式电站水位和流量波动加剧等风险,精准匹配站间负荷,笔者提出一种径流式电站负荷匹配方法。以乌江流域梯级电站为例,率定不同断面间流量传播时间,建立梯级电站的负荷联动调整模型,对梯级电站调度运行进行精细化模拟,根据上下游电站负荷自动匹配对应径流式电站发电负荷。实例研究表明,模型优化的汛期和枯期径流式电站水位过程方差分别减少42.3%和13.7%以上,极大地缓解了流域调峰调频任务下径流式电站水位波动频繁的问题。In order to meet the needs of peak and frequency regulation tasks of hydropower stations, reduce the risks of increased fluctuation of water level and flow of upstream and downstream run-of-river hydropower stations, and accurately match the load between stations, a load matching method for run-of-river hydropower stations is proposed. Taking the cascade hydropower stations in Wujiang River basin as an example, the flow propagation time between different sections is calibrated, and the load linkage adjustment model of cascade hydropower stations is established to simulate the operation of cascade hydropower stations. According to the load of upstream and downstream hydropower stations, the power generation load of corresponding run-of-river hydropower stations is automatically matched. The case study shows that the variance of the water level process of the run-of-river hydropower station in the flood season and the dry season optimized by the model is reduced by more than 42.3%and 13.7% respectively, which greatly alleviates the frequent fluctuation of the water level of the run-of-river hydropower station under the peak regulation and frequency modulation task of the basin.
