摘 要:中小型病险水库的除险加固是保障水库发挥潜在综合效益的必要技术手段。以广州市花都区造福水库除险加固工程为例,根据前期安全鉴定结果对大坝防渗加固、坝顶及溢洪道加固、放水涵管加固和大坝安全监测等进行设计,通过采取劈裂灌浆防渗、防浪墙砂浆批荡、放水涵管套管施工和清淤除砂等工程措施,提升了水库大坝工程质量及防渗能力,保证了水库效益的正常发挥。该文提出的措施可为其他类似工程的除险加固设计提供技术参考和经验借鉴。The reinforcement of small and medium-sized dangerous reservoirs is a necessary technical means to ensure the potential comprehensive benefits of reservoirs. Taking the danger removal and reinforcement project of Zaofu Reservoir in Huadu District of Guangzhou City as an example, according to the previous safety assessment results, the dam anti-seepage reinforcement, dam crest and spillway reinforcement, water discharge culvert reinforcement and dam safety monitoring are designed. By adopting engineering measures such as splitting grouting anti-seepage, wave wall mortar batching, water discharge culvert casing construction and dredging and sand removal, the project quality and anti-seepage ability of the reservoir dam are improved, and the normal operation of the reservoir benefit is ensured. The measures proposed in this paper can provide technical reference and experience for the reinforcement design of other similar projects.
