依托远郊型工业园区的滨海村镇规划研究——以大连市松木岛村为例

摘　　要：近年我国依托港口建设了多处临海工业项目,受建港条件制约,其远离主城区属于远郊型工业园区。远郊型工业园区发展周期较长,同时大型重化工项目对周边环境具有一定干扰,制约配套生活用地建设。但远郊型工业园区建设为周边村镇发展提供契机,一方面其可以为远郊型工业园区提供一定程度的配套服务;另一方面,其依托工业园区的产业外溢效应,积极发展共生产业,改善原有的单一产业结构,促进滨海产业的多元化发展。本文结合大连松木岛村项目实践,探讨远郊型工业园区周边村镇的发展路径,以期为相关村镇发展规划提供思路。In recent years, China has built many coastal industrial projects relying on ports, which are far away from the main urban area due to the constraints of port construction conditions.The development cycle of suburban industrial parks is relatively long, and large-scale heavy chemical projects have certain interference with the surrounding environment, which restricts the construction of supporting living land. While the construction of the suburban industrial park provides an opportunity for the development of surrounding villages. On the one hand, it can provide a certain degree of supporting services for the suburban industrial park. On the other hand, depending on the industrial spillover effect of the industrial park, it actively develops symbiotic industries, improves the original single industrial structure, and promotes the diversified development of coastal industries. The paper analyzes the experience of village construction and industrial development, and discusses the development path of villages around the suburban industrial parks in combination with the project practice of Songmudao Village in Dalian, in order to provide reference for the development planning of relevant villages.
