健康社区导向的开放空间优化设计研究——以济南市社区为例

摘　　要：随着公众健康意识的增强,人们对社区建成环境的要求也逐渐提高,现有的社区建成环境从配套服务、基础设施建设、公共空间营造等方面均不能满足居民的健康需求。本文选择社区开放空间这一切入点,通过对济南市多个社区调研,结合greenrate软件可视化分析,深入剖析社区建成环境与居民需求之间的差距。同时,结合健康社区设计理念和居民需求,在活动分区、消极空间、绿地体系等方面提出开放空间优化策略,助力济南市健康社区营造。With the enhancement of public health awareness, people’s requirements for community built environment are gradually increasing. While the existing community built environment can not meet the health needs of residents in terms of supporting services, infrastructure facilities and public space construction. This study took the community open space as the breakthrough, carried out the investigation of several communities in Jinan, deeply analyzed the gap between the community built environment and the residents demand in combination with the visualization analysis of greenrate software At the same time, combined with the design concept of healthy community and residents’ needs, the optimization strategy of open space is proposed in terms of the activity partition, negative space, green space system and etc., so as to help build healthy communities in Jinan.
