摘　　要：近几年,随着建筑行业的高速发展,建筑施工技术及工艺水平也逐步提升,机械喷浆抹灰施工技术成为了抹灰工程施工的主流技术之一,并且成为影响建筑工程质量高低的关键因素。本文以福建省南平市御岭一期住宅项目工程为例,对建筑工程施工中机械喷浆抹灰施工技术的应用方法展开探讨,在项目重难点分析的基础上,围绕机械喷浆抹灰施工技术的前期准备、技术要点及应用注意事项展开探讨,得出机械喷浆抹灰施工技术利于降低施工成本、加快施工效率、提升施工质量的结论,旨在为有效发挥机械喷浆抹灰施工技术在建筑工程施工中的应用价值提供参考。With the rapid development of the construction industry in recent years, the construction technology and process level of building construction have gradually improved. The mechanical spraying and plastering construction technology has become one of the mainstream technologies of plastering engineering construction, which has become a key factor influencing the construction project quality. Taking the Yuling Phase I residential project in Nanping City,Fujian Province as an example, this paper discusses the application method of mechanical spraying and plastering construction technology, and discusses the preliminary preparation, technical points and application precautions of mechanical spraying and plastering construction technology on the basis of the analysis of the project difficulties.The conclusion is drawn that mechanical spraying and plastering construction technology is conducive to reducing construction costs, accelerating construction efficiency and improving construction quality, which could provide reference for the effective application of mechanical spraying and plastering construction technology in building engineering construction.
