摘 要:针对人工收获叶类蔬菜效率低、劳动强度大等问题,课题组基于叶菜生长特点与种植农艺,确定了收获装备总体结构和工作原理,对装备行走、切割、输送等关键部件进行研究,研制了一种履带自走式叶菜收获机。测试结果显示,收获机割幅宽1 300 mm,割茬高度为24 mm~180 mm,行走速度为1.099 km/h,作业效率为0.069 hm^(2)/h,该机可连续完成叶菜切割、输送、收集等工作。测试结果表明,该收获机收获蔬菜时损伤率低、割茬高度可调,可以满足南方地区空心菜、苋菜、芥菜等多种叶菜机械化收获作业要求。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity of manual harvesting of leafy vegetables, the research group based on the growth characteristics of leafy vegetables and planting agronomy, the general structure and working principle of harvesting equipment were determined, key components such as equipment walking, cutting and conveying were studied, and a crawler self-propelled leafy vegetable harvester was developed. The test results show that the harvester has a width of 1 300 mm, a stubble height of 24 mm~180 mm, a walking speed of 1.099 km/h and an operating efficiency of 0.069 hm^(2)/h.The harvester can cut, convey and collect leaf vegetables continuously. The table of test results shows that the machine has low damage rate and adjustable stubble height when harvesting vegetable, which can meet the requirements of mechanized harvesting of southern cabbage, amaranth and mustard.
