贫困山区流动图书馆建设现状与发展策略——以秦巴山集中连片区十堰市为例

摘　　要：流动图书馆是图书馆业务的延伸,在推进公共文化服务区域均衡发展中能发挥重要作用。十堰市大多是贫困山区,城乡之间公共文化服务发展水平存在较大差距,公共文化服务体系建设滞后于经济社会发展。本文对十堰市区街办、乡镇等社区图书室和乡镇文化站基本情况及流动图书馆服务现状进行了调查,分析了十堰市流动图书馆建设现状及面临的主要问题,有针对性地提出了进一步明确流动图书馆的职能定位、加强调研明确区域经济社会发展需求、整合并充分利用社会资源、创新流动图书馆的服务方式等发展策略。Mobile library,an extended service of library,plays a significant role in the regionally-balanced development of the public culture.In Shiyan,most of areas still stay in the poverty-stricken mountainous areas,a big gap in the development of public culture service between rural and urban areas leads to the fact that building service system of public culture lags behind the social or economic development.This paper investigates the basic situation of community libraries and cultural stations in towns and townships in Shiyan urban area,analyzes the current situation of mobile library construction and the main problems faced by Shiyan,and puts forward some suggestions to further clarify the functional orientation of mobile library,strengthens research and clarifies the needs of regional economic and social development,integrates and fully utilizes social resources,innovates the service mode of mobile library.
