摘  要:《煤矿安全规程》第一百三十七条规定,进风井口以下的空气温度必须在2℃以上。冬季北方气候寒冷,气温低,为确保矿井不受低气温影响,保证生产安全,创造有利于工人作业的矿井气候环境,每个矿井在进风井口都安装空气加热系统。现在矿井空气加热系统大部分已实现了电加热,电加热系统的优点是易于操作、维护量小、环保无污染;缺点是耗电量大,能耗高。在手动控制的空气电加热机组中加入可编程逻辑控制器自动控制系统,使加热功率随井筒温度变化而自动调节,以实现节能降耗,达到节约成本的目的。Article 137 of Coal Mine Safety Regulations stipulates that the air temperature below the air inlet should be above 2 ℃.The temperature in the north is low in winter. Therefore, to ensure that the mine is not affected by the low temperature and continue to carry out safe production, and ensure that workers work in a suitable mine environment, an air heating system is installed at each air inlet wellhead. Most mine air heating systems are now electrically heated. The advantages of electric heating systems are easy operation, low maintenance, environmental protection and no pollution, while the disadvantages are large power consumption and high energy consumption. The programmable logic controller(PLC) has been added to the automatic control system in the manually controlled air electric heating unit, so that the heating power can be automatically adjusted with the change of the wellbore air temperature to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption and cost.
