摘 要:根据F47断层岩性特征和33(4)15综采工作面生产条件,与山西焦煤民爆集团科技分公司合作研究过断层中深孔松动爆破技术。采用理论分析、数值计算和现场试爆试验,确定了不耦合装药系数、炮孔深度、炮孔间距等最佳爆破孔网参数。通过对断层坚硬岩石实施中深孔松动爆破,取得了较为理想的爆破弱化效果,采煤机能够顺利通过断层,降低了设备损耗,提高了综采效率。研究成果可为类似工作面高效过断层提供参考借鉴。According to the lithological characteristics of the F47 fault and the production conditions of the 33(4)15 fully mechanized mining face, the technology of medium deep-length hole loosening blasting through fault has been studied by cooperating with Science and Technology Branch Company of Shanxi Coking Coal Civil Explosion Group. By theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and on-site shot test, the optimal blasting hole network parameters such as uncoupled charge coefficient, blast hole depth, blast hole spacing and so on were determined. By carrying out the medium deep-length hole loosening blasting on the hard rock of the fault, a relatively ideal blasting weakening effect was achieved, the shearer could smoothly pass through the fault, the equipment loss was reduced, and the fully mechanized mining efficiency was improved. The research results can provide a reference for the efficient crossing of faults in similar working faces.
