摘 要:文章以现有混合动力总成为研究对象,提出一种插电式混合动力汽车动力系统构建方法,通过对力学模型的计算分析,利用Simulink软件建立并联式插电混合动力汽车驱动电机、发动机等主要部件的转速、扭矩模块及动力学模型,进行新欧洲驾驶周期(NEDC)工况和匀加速工况仿真分析,验证了所设计的插电式混合动力汽车动力系统的可行性,本设计充分利用外界电能输入,采用限制发动机工作区间的控制策略,发动机辅助动力输出前提下驱动发电机发电,增加电动汽车续航里程,同时有效降低汽车油耗和污染物排放,达到节能减排的目的。This paper takes the existing hybrid electric vehicle as the research object, it presents a construction method for plug-in hybrid electric vehicle powertrain, Simulink software is used to establish the rotation speed module and torque module of driving motor, engine and other main components, it establishes dynamic model by Simulink software. In this article, new european driving cycle(NEDC) and uniform acceleration conditions are simulated and analyzed, this paper verifies the feasibility of the designed power system of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, this design makes full use of the external electric energy input, and adopts the control strategy of limiting the working range of the engine. Under the premise of engine auxiliary power output, it drives the generator to generate electricity, it increases the cruising range of the electric vehicle, and effectively reduces the fuel consumption and pollutant emissions of the vehicle, and plays the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
