摘  要:为分析多级复杂行星传动系统在常用工作转速范围内的振动特性,采用集中参数法建立了由多级行星排构成的复杂行星传动系统的强迫扭转振动集中参数模型,利用Lagrange方程建立系统微分方程并求解,分析了系统的固有频率以及复合行星排的振型。对行星变速器中各行星排在发动机各转速激励下的频域响应进行了研究,最后对复合行星排在共振转速下的时域响应和复合行星排各啮合轮齿间的啮合力波动量进行了分析。结果表明,系统运行转速范围内,复合行星排将表现出较大的振动,其外圈行星轮啮合力大于内圈行星轮啮合力。A lumped-parameter model of complex planetary drive system is built for the forced torsional vibration with lumped-parameter method, which consists of multiple-stage planetary gears,for analyzing the vibration characteristics of multi-stage complex planetary transmission system in the range of common working speed. The differential equations for the model above are derived by the Lagrange equations and solved, and natural frequencies of the system and shape modes for the compound planetary gear set are analyzed in one particular gear shift. The frequency response of all planetary gear sets in planetary transmission excited by the dynamic torque of the engine under different speed is investigated, and finally the time response of the compound planetary gear set and the fluctuation of the meshing force of all gears in compound planetary gear set are revealed. The results show that the vibration of the compound planetary array will be greater within the operating speed range of the system, and the meshing force of the outer ring planetary gear is greater than that of the inner ring planetary gear.
