韩中日产业分工结构的变化及中美贸易

摘　　要：本文通过对韩中日三国之间的出口显性比较优势指数(RCA)进行动态分析,印证了三国间的分工结构存在着持续的变化趋势,从垂直分工结构转变为水平分工结构,中国在东亚、西亚价值链中日益发挥中心作用。通过对东北亚地区分工结构进行相关研究,确认中美贸易与以中国为中心形成的东北亚分工结构之间有着密切的联系,这种结构变化也直接影响了中美双边贸易。而中国对美国出口竞争力的变化中显示了与韩中日相似的特点,说明中美分工结构也发生了类似的变化。中美贸易逆差不是孤立的,而是分工结构变化的结果,仅仅依靠贸易战是不能解决问题的。By the dynamic analysis on the Revealed Comparative Advantage(RCA) Index of the division of labor structure among Korea, China, and Japan, this paper confirms the existence of a continuous trend changing among the three countries, with KoreaChina-Japan trade changing from a vertical division of labor structure to a horizontal division of labor structure and the Chinese economy increasingly playing a central role of the value chain in East and West Asia. A related study on the division of labor structure in Northeast Asia confirms that there is a close link between U.S.-China trade and the China-centered formation of the division of labor structure in Northeast Asian, which also directly affects bilateral trade between China and the United States. What is analyzed in the trend changing of the Korea-China-Japan Revealed Comparative Advantage(RCA) Index is also reflected in the change of China’s export competitiveness to the U.S., which is also confirmed in the Revealed Comparative Advantage(RCA) Index of China’s processed products to the U.S. Since China is not competitive in intermediate products with the U.S., it is not a factor in the formation of the U.S.-China trade deficit.
