摘　　要：通过介绍化妆品中过敏原致敏的反应机制和致敏后的皮肤表现,归纳了化妆品中常见的几种过敏原,结合各国的相关法规,综述了常见化妆品过敏原的临床诊断、毒理学检测和理化检测方法,并对如何降低化妆品过敏事件的发生提出了建议。The reaction mechanism of allergen sensitization in cosmetics and the skin manifestations after sensitization were introduced. Several common allergens in cosmetics were summarized. Combined with relevant laws and regulations at home and abroad, the clinical diagnosis and toxicological test of common cosmetic allergens, and the physical and chemical detection methods thereof, were summarized. Suggestions on how to reduce the events of cosmetic allergy were also proposed.
