摘  要:结合实际测试项目,提出一种基于热平衡法的供热管道散热损失测试方法。在进行热平衡测试时,实际运行的供热管网(尤其是热水管网)存在不可避免的参数波动以及管线输送介质的延迟性,使得管道热损失计算结果产生较大误差。采用数据平移的方式,解决了这一问题。通过连续记录被测管段起点和终点温度随时间变化的曲线,选取一段曲线,根据管道流速计算管道介质从起点流到终点所用的时间。在对终点曲线进行初步平移的过程中,通过相关性分析找到起点曲线和终点曲线同步性最匹配的平移时间。在最终平移后计算管道总散热损失。Combined with the actual test project,a heat loss test method of heating pipeline based on heat balance method is proposed.The method of data translation is adopted to solve the problem that the calculation results of heat loss of pipeline have great error due to the inevitable parameter fluctuation of heating pipe network(especially hot water pipe network)in actual operation and the delay of transmission medium in pipeline during heat balance test.By continuously recording the temperature curves of the measured starting point and end point with time,select a curve and calculate the time of the pipeline medium from the starting point to the end point according to the pipeline flow rate.During the initial translation of the end curve,correlation analysis is used to find the translation time that best matches the synchronization of the starting curve and the end curve.Calculate the total heat dissipation loss of the pipe after the final translation.
