摘　　要：藿香正气散之精要在于正气二字,一扶正气,其外证之生在于中气不足,脾胃虚弱,故治疗时,不仅仅祛湿寒之邪,更重视恢复人体的正常生理活动,以白术、茯苓、甘草扶中气、健脾运;二正气机,其内证乃三焦津凝气滞而生,尤以中焦气机升降出入失常为主,故调畅中焦气机,使脾气得升,胃气得降,气津得散,局部正气得复,后邪自祛,病自安。三祛邪气,已生之寒湿当化之,寒湿不去,津气难散,甚者湿郁成痰,或从热化,或湿盛而阳微,或变生他病,当使邪有出路,邪祛而正自安。藿香正气散为治湿之方,却没有单纯运用治湿的药物,而是从补益、疏通、祛邪三个方面帮助人体恢复肺、脾功能,使湿得治。The syndrome of Agastache Qi-Correcting Powder,whether external contraction or internal injury,is due to insufficiency of middle qi. The essence of Agastache Qi-Correcting Powder lies in the two characters of " Zhengqi". The first is to reinforce healthy qi,because external contraction is caused by insufficiency of middle qi,and the weakness of the spleen and stomach. Therefore,during the treatment,not only the pathogens of dampness and cold should be dispelled,but also the normal physiological activities of the human body should be restored. That’s why Baizhu( Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Fuling( Poria) and Gancao( Radix Glycyrrhizae) can be used for reinforcing healthy qi,and strengthening the spleen. The second is to correct qi movement,because its internal syndrome is caused by the stagnation of the triple energizers’ fluids and qi,especially the abnormal ascending and descending of the middle energizer. Therefore,the treatment should focus on smoothing the middle energizer qi movement,so that the spleen qi can be raised,the stomach qi can be lowered,the qi and fluid can be dispersed,the local healthy qi can be recovered,the pathogens can be eliminated,and the disease can be relieved. The third is to dispel pathogenic qi. Because the cold and dampness that have already existed should be resolved. If the cold and dampness do not go away,the fluid and qi cannot be dissipated,in some cases,dampness will turn into phlegm,or change into heat,or dampness lead to yang deficiency,or develop into other diseases. Therefore,treatment should make the pathogenic qi have a way out,resulting in healthy qi. Though Agastache Qi-Correcting Powder is a formula for removing dampness,it does not simply use the drugs for removing dampness. It helps the human body recover the lung and spleen functions from three aspects of tonifying,dredging,and dispelling pathogens,so that dampness can be resolved. It can also be used for epidemic diseases and various internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases. The external treatment
