黄甡辨治小儿湿疹

摘　　要：黄甡教授认为,小儿湿疹病位在心、肝、脾、肺,外因为风、湿、热三邪蕴于皮肤,将小儿湿疹分为风热蕴肤证、湿热内蕴证、脾虚湿盛证、血虚风燥证4个证型。风热蕴肤证疏风散热,方用消风散加减治疗;湿热内蕴证清热利湿,选用甘草泻心汤加减治疗;脾虚湿盛证健脾化湿,方用小儿化湿汤加味治疗;血虚风燥证养血祛风,方用土苓二术汤治疗;血瘀明显者,方用土苓二术汤加乌蛇荣皮汤加减治疗。自拟湿疹散、湿疹膏、五倍子油膏外用,常配合针灸、推拿治疗。Professor Huang Shen believes that the disease of infantile eczema is located in the heart, liver, spleen and lung, and the external causes are wind, dampness and heat, which are accumulated in the skin.The infantile eczema is divided into the following four syndrome types: syndrome of wind and heat accumulating in skin, syndrome of internal retention of dampness-heat, syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness excess, syndrome of blood deficiency and wind dryness.For syndrome of wind and heat accumulating in skin, the treatment focuses on dispersing wind and dissipating heat, so Modified Wind-Dispersing Powder can be adopted.For syndrome of internal retention of dampness-heat, the treatment focuses on clearing heat and removing dampness, so Modified Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction can be adopted.For syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness excess, the treatment focuses on invigorating the spleen to resolve dampness, so Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae and Two-Zhu Decoction can be adopted.For severe blood stasis, Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae and Two-Zhu Decoction combined with Modified Zaocys Skin-Nourishing Decoction can be adopted.In addition, Professor Huang also often uses self-prepared Eczema Powder, Eczema Cream and Galla Chinensis Ointment for external applicatin, together with acupuncture and massage.
