清胃活血汤加减联合中药贴敷神阙穴治疗急性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清胃活血汤加减联合中药贴敷神阙穴治疗急性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将98例急性胃炎患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各49组。对照组给予泮托拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予清胃活血汤加减联合中药贴敷神阙穴治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间及治疗前后中医证候积分、胃肠激素指标[胃促生长素(Ghrelin)、P物质(substance P,SP)、胃泌素(gastrin, GAS)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytry ptamine, 5-HT)、胃动素(motilin, MOT)]以及胃镜检查结果变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为71.43%,治疗组有效率为87.75%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组腹泻、腹痛、呕吐以及发热缓解时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Ghrelin、MOT高于本组治疗前,SP、GAS、5-HT低于本组治疗前,且组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Ghrelin、MOT高于本组治疗前,SP、GAS、5-HT低于本组治疗前,且组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后黏膜充血、水肿、糜烂以及出血发生率低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清胃活血汤加减联合中药贴敷神阙穴治疗急性胃炎,可明显改善患者的临床症状及胃肠激素水平,且对胃黏膜具有一定的保护作用。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Decoction for Clearing Stomach and Activating Blood Combined with External Application of Chinese Medicinals at Shenque(RN 8) on acute gastritis.Methods: A total of 98 patients with acute gastritis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets, while the treatment group was given Modified Decoction for Clearing Stomach and Activating Blood combined with external application of Chinese medicinals at Shenque(RN 8) on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom relief time, the changes of TCM syndrome scores, gastrointestinal hormone indexes [including Ghrelin, substance P,(SP),gastrin(GAS),5-hydroxytry ptamine(5-HT),motilin(MOT)] and gastroscopy results before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: The effective rate was 71.43% in the control group and 87.75% in the treatment group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment, and the treatment group′s were lower than those the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The remission time of diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting and fever in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, Ghrelin and MOT of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, while SP,GAS and 5-HT were lower than those before treatment, and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the incidence of mucosal congestion, edema, erosion and bleeding in the two groups was lower than that before treatment, the incidence of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment, an
