摘　　要：中西医治疗椎体成形术后残余腰背疼痛各有特色,西药治疗主要以抗骨质疏松药物治疗为主,配合镇痛消炎药以达到抗炎镇痛的疗效。中医则采用中医内治法、中医外治法及其他特色疗法。目前,关于中西医治疗椎体成形术后残余腰背疼痛的研究取得了较大进展,但存在以下问题:缺乏大量规范的临床研究,检验指标单一局限,没有统一的疗效标准,使其疗效评价受阻,对椎体成形术后残余腰背疼痛的病因病机的研究尚不明确,使得研究难度增加。今后,应扩大样本量,注重临床数据的收集,规范其疗效评价标准,深入发病机制的研究,以期为临床治疗提供更多的选择方案。The treatments of residual low back pain after vertebroplasty with TCM and Western medicine has their own characteristics.Western medicine is mainly used to treat osteoporosis, and to achieve anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects with analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs.TCM adopts internal treatments, external treatments and other characteristic therapies.At present, the research on the treatment of residual low back pain after vertebroplasty with traditional Chinese and Western medicine has made great progress, but there are still the following problems: lack of a large number of standardized clinical studies, single and limited test indicators, and no unified therapeutic standard, which hinder the evaluation of its efficacy.The research on the etiology and pathogenesis of residual low back pain after vertebroplasty is still unclear, making the research more difficult.In the future, it is necessary to expand the sample size, pay attention to the collection of clinical data, standardize the evaluation criteria of efficacy, and go deep into the study of pathogenesis in order to provide more options for clinical treatment.
