摘  要:针对传统煤矿辅助运输系统存在的运输线路复杂、效率较低以及能耗较高等问题,提出了一种电驱动单轨电动机车设计方案,对单轨电动机车关键部件进行设计和研究,利用有限元分析软件Workbench对其关键部件进行静力学和模态分析,得出关键部件在轨道上的受力特性,从而验证了结构设计的合理性,保证了煤矿辅助运输电动机车的安全性以及可靠性。Aiming at the problems of complex transportation lines, low efficiency and high energy consumption in the traditional coal mine auxiliary transportation system, a design scheme of electric-driven monorail electric locomotives is proposed in this paper. The key components of the monorail electric locomotive are designed and studied. Statics and modal analysis on its key components are conducted by using the finite element analysis software workbench, and force characteristics of the key components on the track are then obtained;thereby the rationality of the structural design is verified. It can ensure the safety and reliability of the coal mine auxiliary transportation electric locomotive.
