摘 要:气室支架是鼓室制动器的一部分,是汽车制动时有力的承载者,所以气室支架的强度是重要的力学性能指标之一,如果强度过低,支架会发生断裂。为寻求支架断裂原因,要求对气室支架进行强度分析,得到应力分布云图,找出应力最大部位,并与支架断裂的实物图进行比对,判断断裂是否一致,从而分析有限元的准确性。接着对原支架进行优化设计,运用有限元分析得出的结果,与原支架的结果进行对比,发现改进后的支架有良好的过载能力,解决了支架断裂的问题。As a part of the tympanum brake, the air chamber support is the force bearer of the vehicle braking;so strength of the air chamber support is an important mechanical properties, and the support will fracture when the strength is too low. In order to find the causes of support fracture, strength analysis on the air chamber support is conducted to get the stress distribution cloud map;the position of maximum stress is also found out, and then it is compared with the physical picture of support fracture to judge the accuracy of the finite element analysis. Then the original support is optimized and the finite element method is used to obtain the results. Compared with the results of the original support, the improved support has good overload capacity, and it solves the problem of support fracture.
