摘  要:针对铸造零件后续加工工序的定位与装夹困难的问题,以某型号固定轴零件端面铣削的加工工序为例,分析了零件装夹固定的结构形式,计算了不同材质铣刀铣削力的大小,比较了铣削力与零件装夹锁紧力的关系,通过铣削力与零件装夹锁紧力的分析,优化了工装夹具的结构设计,实现了夹具的快速装夹与安全可靠操作,对类似零件夹具的定位与装夹有较好的指导意义。Aiming at the difficulty of positioning and clamping in the post-processing process of casting parts, taking the face milling process of a certain type of fixed shaft part as an example, the structural form of clamping and fixing of parts is analyzed, and the milling forces of milling cutters with different materials are calculated. The relationship between the milling force and the clamping force of the parts is compared. Through analysis of the milling force and the clamping force of the parts, the structural design of the fixture is optimized, and the fast clamping and safe and reliable operation of the fixture could be realized. It has a good guiding significance for the positioning and clamping of the fixture.
