摘　　要：动力猫道是应用在石油钻井行业中输送管柱的自动化设备,为满足输送较长管柱的需求,目前国内动力猫道主体结构较长,存在特定地区运输较为困难的问题。为解决这一难题,提出了一种新型分段式动力猫道结构。该设计方案采用液压绞车与钢丝绳提升的方式,主体由基座、运移臂、坡道、支撑臂、综合液压站几部分组成,其中运移臂、坡道为分段式结构设计,运输时可翻转折叠,解决运输困难的问题,可有效满足运输需求。The power catwalk is an automatic equipment for conveying pipes in the oil drilling industry.To meet the demand of conveying long pipes, the main structure is too long.So the domestic power catwalks currently have difficulties in transportation at specific region due to length limitation. To solve this problem, a new kind of segmented power catwalk has been proposed, which is driven by a hydraulic winch. This apparatus consists of base, trough, ramp, support arm and HPU. Trough and ramp apply a design of segmented structure, which can be folded when transported, so the difficulty of transportation has been solved, and it can effectively meet the transportation demand.
