摘 要:针对不同工况下矿用带式输送机输送带存在的纵向振动特性复杂、系统不稳定、容易造成撒料等问题,采用数值模拟法对带式输送机空载启动和满载运行工况下的输送带纵向振动响应特性进行对比分析,分析结果表明:带式输送机在空载启动下的纵向振动响应与满载运行时的振动响应规律大致相同,空载启动时的动位移明显比满载启动时的动位移小,空载启动的动态特性优于满载启动动态特性,由此分析提出了相关改进措施,为延长带式输送机使用寿命,保证带式输送机稳定运行提供参考和依据。In view of the complex longitudinal vibration characteristics, unstable system and easy sprinkling feeding of mining belt conveyor under different working conditions, the numerical simulation method is used to study the longitudinal vibration response characteristics of belt conveyor under no-load starting conditions and full-load operating conditions of belt conveyor in this paper. Through the comparative analysis of the analysis results, it shows that the longitudinal vibration response of the belt conveyor under no-load startup is roughly the same as that of the full-load operation;the dynamic displacement at no-load start is significantly less than that at full-load start;and the dynamic characteristics of no-load start is better than that of full-load start. The relevant improvement measures are thus analyzed and proposed. It would provide reference and basis for extending the service life and ensuring the stability of the belt conveyor.
