摘 要:点线啮合齿轮是一种新型传动齿轮,该型齿轮在传动过程中既有线啮合性质又有点啮合性质的特点,使得其具有承载能力高、振动噪声低、传动效率高等优点。通过查阅大量相关文献,较系统地分析了点线啮合齿轮的研究现状,着重阐述了点线啮合齿轮在几何参数设计、强度校核、齿形优化、试验研究、工程应用等方面的研究情况,并基于对该型齿轮研究现状的分析,对点线啮合齿轮今后的研究方向提出几点建议,为完善点线啮合齿轮设计体系提供一定参考与借鉴。The point-line meshing gear is a new type of transmission gear. In the transmission process, this type of gear has the characteristics of both line meshing and point meshing, which makes it have the advantages of high carrying capacity, low vibration and noise and high transmission efficiency compared with the involutes gear. In this paper, the research status of point-line meshing gear is systematically analyzed by consulting a large number of relevant literatures, focusing on research of the point-line meshing gear in geometric parameter design, strength check, tooth profile optimization, experimental research and engineering application, etc. Based on analyzing the research status of this type of gear, some suggestions on the future research direction of point-line meshing gear are put forward. It is hoped that these suggestions can provide some help to improve the point-line meshing gear design system.
