摘　　要：从中医理论论治恶性肿瘤,拓宽了恶性肿瘤的治疗思路与方法。以中医气理论为契机,可以发现恶性肿瘤的发生、发展及转移过程都离不开气的失常。中医气理论应包含气及其运动(气机、气化)相关理论,气的运动称为气机,气的运动产生的各种变化称为气化。气机、气化都是在阳气的推动作用下完成的,机体各个局部的气机、气化活动构成了整体的气机、气化活动,局部与整体具有联系性与统一性。当气及其运动失常时,机体就会产生各种病变,恶性肿瘤的发生也不外乎于气的失常,因此在恶性肿瘤治疗中应当注重培补正气、扶助阳气、调畅气机、顾护整体。Malignant tumors treated from the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)broadens the treatment ideas and methods of malignant tumors. Taking the theory of Qi in TCM as an opportunity, it can be found that the occurrence, development and metastasis of malignant tumors are inseparable from the disorder of Qi. The theory of Qi in TCM should include the related theories of Qi and its movement(Qi Activity and Qi Transformation). The movement of Qi is called Qi Activity, and the changes caused by the movement of Qi are called Qi Transformation. Qi Activity and Qi Transformation are all completed under the impetus of Yang Qi.The Qi Activity and Qi Transformation activities in various parts of the body constitute the whole Qi Activity and Qi Transformation activities, which are related and unified with the whole. When Qi and its movement are abnormal, the body will produce various diseases, and the occurrence of malignant tumors is nothing more than the abnormal Qi. Therefore, in the treatment of malignant tumors, attention should be paid to strengthening Vital Qi, supporting Yang Qi, regulating Qi Activity and caring for the whole.
