从气机升降理论探讨《金匮》麦门冬汤

摘　　要：目的:分析气机升降理论的深刻内涵,探讨仲景《金匮要略》中麦门冬汤组方方义及其临床运用,以期为临床应用麦门冬汤提供思路和理论支持,扩大其临床应用范围。方法:从气机升降理论入手,深入探讨气机升降理论的起源和发展,气机升降动态平衡与人体的正常运转,脏腑之间气机升降的关系,分析麦门冬中体现气机升降思想,肺与胃的关系,胃经与冲脉的关系,探讨胃气的沉降是肺金肃降的根本原因。结论:麦门冬汤可用于治疗肺胃阴虚、胃气失和引起的肺痿及其它诸病症。Objective: By analyzing the profound connotation of the theory of qi ascending and descending, this paper discusses the prescriptions and clinical application of Maimendong decoction in Zhongjing’s Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, in order to provide ideas and theoretical support for the clinical application of Maimendong decoction and expand its clinical application.Methods: The origin and development of the theory of ascending and descending of qi, the relationship between the dynamic balance of ascending and descending of qi and the normal operation of the human body, and the relationship between the ascending and descending of qi in the viscera were discussed from the perspective of the theory of ascending and descending of qi, the relationship between the lung and stomach, and the relationship between the stomach meridian and the pulse, and the root cause of the descending of lung gold was discussed.Conclusion: Maimendong decoction can be used to treat lung impotence and other diseases caused by yin deficiency of lung and stomach, stomach qi disharmony.
