摘　　要：目的:对《竹亭医案》中的血证证治进行分析。方法:对《竹亭医案》中血证的病因病机作相关总结,并将鼻衄、齿衄、吐血、崩漏的相关医案进行证治分析,结合《黄帝内经》《景岳全书》《血证论》等相关著作进行阐述,综合分析其血证证治思想。结果:孙氏认为上部出血责阳络受损,下部出血责阴络受损,认为血证之因,非一脏使然,而与五脏相关,但治之有所侧重,同时重视阳明郁热、蓄血等病机变化。孙氏治疗鼻衄,从肺出发,以平为期;治疗吐血,慎投滋阴;治疗齿衄,以清降、养阴、泻下为基本治疗大法;治疗血崩,以固气为先,兼以导血,佐以升清。结论:孙氏治疗血证,重视气血关系,特色突出,丰富了中医血证辨治体系,为后世治疗血证做出了重要贡献。Objective: To analyze the blood evidence in “Zhuting Medical Case”. Methods: The etiology and pathogenesis of blood evidence in “Bamboo Forest Medical Case” were summarized, and the relevant medical cases of epistaxis, tooth worm, vomiting blood and leakage were analyzed, and the relevant medical cases of epistaxis, tooth worm, vomiting blood and leakage were analyzed, and the relevant works such as “Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic”,“Jingyue Quanshu”, “Blood Evidence Theory” and other relevant works were elaborated, and the blood evidence treatment ideas were comprehensively analyzed. Results: Sun believed that the upper bleeding was damaged by the Yang network and the lower part was damaged by the Yin network, and believed that the cause of the blood evidence was not caused by a dirty organ, but related to the five organs, but the treatment was focused, and at the same time, it paid attention to the changes in the disease mechanism such as YangMing depression and blood storage. Sun’s treatment of epistaxis, starting from the lungs, to flatten the period;treatment of vomiting blood, cautious casting of yin;treatment of tooth worms, to clear the descending, nourishing the yin, diarrhea as the basic treatment method;the treatment of blood collapse, with solid Qi as the first, and with blood guidance, accompanied by ascension. Conclusion: Sun’s treatment of blood certificates attaches great importance to the relationship between Qi and blood, and has outstanding characteristics, enriching the blood evidence identification system of traditional Chinese medicine and making important contributions to the treatment of blood certificates in later generations.
