摘　　要：探讨刘亚梅教授运用吴茱萸汤化裁异病同治内科杂症的临床经验。文章结合相关文献及治疗验案,分析刘教授运用吴茱萸汤治疗内科杂症的证治机理。刘教授认为现代人嗜食寒凉、久居寒室或过用抗生素、输液等,易致阳虚,凡是符合肝、脾、胃阳气虚损,寒浊之邪内伏或上犯病机者,不论病种,皆可运用吴茱萸汤加减治疗。同时,还应重视消除损阳伤正的病理因素,预防阳气的进一步损伤。To discuss Professor LIU Yamei’s clinical experience of using Wuzhuyu decoction to treat different diseases and treat miscellaneous diseases in the same department. Based on the relevant literature and treatment cases,this paper analyzes the syndrome and treatment mechanism of Professor LIU’s use of Wuzhuyu decoction to treat miscellaneous diseases in internal medicine. Professor LIU believes that modern people are addicted to eating cold and cold, living in cold rooms for a long time, or overusing antibiotics and infusions, etc., which are easy to cause yang deficiency. Those who are in line with liver, spleen, and stomach yang deficiency, cold and turbid pathogens, or have pathogenic mechanisms, no matter the disease. All kinds can be treated with Wuzhuyu decoction. At the same time, attention should also be paid to eliminating the pathological factors that damage the yang and the positive, and prevent further damage to the Yang.
