刘华用三才解毒汤治疗抗肿瘤相关性口咽炎临床经验浅析

摘　　要：随着癌症的发病率不断攀升,其治疗方式日新月异,随之而来的副作用也难以避免,抗肿瘤相关性口咽黏膜炎是癌症患者最常见的症状之一,不仅严重影响了患者的生活质量,还可能导致延期或停止治疗。西医的治疗手段有限,且效果欠佳,中医认为其属“口疮”范畴,多从实火与虚火论治,刘华教授认为,由于肿瘤这一类疾病及抗肿瘤治疗的特殊性,临床上往往以肺脾肾亏虚,邪毒内侵证最为多见,并因此创立了三才解毒汤,临床取得良好疗效。As the incidence of cancer continues to rise, its treatment methods are changing with each passing day,and the accompanying side effects are unavoidable. Anti-tumor-related oropharyngeal mucositis is one of the most common symptoms of cancer patients, which not only seriously affects the life of patients quality, and may also lead to delay or discontinuation of treatment. The treatment methods of Western medicine are limited and the effect is not good.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it belongs to the category of “aphthous ulcers”, and mostly treats it from real fire and virtual fire. Professor LIU Hua believes that due to the particularity of such diseases as tumors and antitumor treatment, clinical treatment is often With deficiency of the lung, spleen and kidney, the internal invasion of evil poison is the most common. Therefore, Sancai Jiedu Decoction was created, which has achieved good clinical effects.
