摘　　要：“调肝三十二字法”是国医大师徐经世多年临证心得,用以治疗肝系杂病,颇有见效。甲状腺结节临床可归属于肝系病范畴,徐老提出“杂病致因在郁,重在调肝”。导师张进军活用“调肝三十二字法”,从肝论治甲状腺结节。通过运用逍遥散、消瘰丸、归芍六君子汤、黄连温胆汤、燮枢汤、一贯煎、二加龙骨牡蛎汤等方,治以疏肝解郁,“或理脾和木、或化瘀活血、或补益肝肾”从病因入手调治甲状腺结节。同时,善用“夏枯草、猫爪草、连翘、皂角刺”等经典中药,并辅以中药外敷法,可使部分甲状腺结节显著减小甚至消退,临床疗效满意。“Thirty-two characters for regulating the liver” is the experience of XU Jingshi, a master of traditional Chinese medicine, which has been used for the treatment of miscellaneous diseases of the liver system, and it is quite effective. Thyroid nodules can be classified into the category of liver diseases clinically. Mr XU proposed that “the cause of miscellaneous diseases is depression, and the emphasis is on regulating the liver”. The current instructor flexibly uses the “32-character method for regulating the liver” to treat thyroid nodules from the perspective of the liver. Through the use of Xiaoyao San, Xiaoluo Pills, Guishao Liujunzi Soup, Huanglian Wendan Decoction, Xieshu Decoction, Yiguanjian, Erjia Longgu Muli Decoction, etc., it is used to soothe the liver and relieve depression, or to regulate the spleen and wood, or to remove blood stasis and blood, or tonic “Liver and Kidney” treat thyroid nodules from pathological factors. At the same time, making good use of classic Chinese medicines such as “Prunella vulgaris, Cat’s Claw, Forsythia, Saponin thorn”, and supplemented by external application of Chinese medicine, some thyroid nodules can be significantly reduced or even subsided, the clinical effect is satisfactory. This paper analyzes and summarizes its experience and gives typical cases for reference.
