摘　　要：更年期高血压是临床常见疾病,中医辨证治疗更年期高血压,临床降压效果较好,临床症状改善明显,不良反应较少。肖长江教授根据女性更年期高血压发病的生理特点,认为更年期高血压病机与肾阴、肾阳两虚,不能滋养肝木、肝阳偏亢相关,临床运用滋肾平肝法治疗,选用二仙汤合平阳降压方为基础方,并且结合自创的“话疗”疏导患者情绪,达到疏肝理气、平肝阳目的,临床疗效显著。Menopausal Hypertension is a Common Clinical Disease. TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of menopausal hypertension has better clinical anti-hypertensive effect, obvious improvement of clinical symptoms, and less adverse reactions. Professor XIAO Changjiang according to physiological characteristics of female climacteric hypertension disease, think climacteric hypertension pathogenesis and Yang deficiency of kidney Yin and kidney, can’t nourish the liver, liver Yang syndrone related, clinical treatment, by applying the method of zi kidney flat liver selects Erxian decoction and Pingyang Jiangya decoction on the basis, and in combination with a made-up “healing” counseling patients mood, reach the liver Qi, liver Yang ping, The clinical efficacy is remarkable.
